Professional title and applicable rules

Mickaël Labigne is an avocat admitted to the Paris Bar. He is also admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.

Fees

Fees are agreed with the client on the terms set out in article 10 of law no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 and are the subject of a prior written fee agreement, save in the cases provided for by law. Fees are stated exclusive of tax, value added tax at the rate of 20 % being applicable unless an exemption or reverse charge applies.

Amicable settlement of disputes

In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer client may, in the event of a dispute, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman for the avocat profession:
