Multi-shareholder company (SAS, SARL, holding company)

The same content, for a company with several shareholders or a holding company: one meeting, articles drafted and reviewed by a lawyer, filings through to registration, beneficial-owner declaration.

Shareholders’ package: formation and agreement

The multi-shareholder formation, completed by a shareholders’ agreement, for two to four shareholders. The agreement includes the following clauses: approval, pre-emption, tag-along, drag-along, leaver clauses, non-compete and non-solicitation. One round of comments is included. What the disbursements cover

The disbursements included in the three packages cover registry fees, the legal notice publication and the beneficial-owner declaration. Disbursements at the applicable rate, revised in case of regulatory change.

Every engagement is covered by a fee agreement signed before any work starts.
