Mickaël regularly advises on private equity and M&A transactions, intragroup restructurings, financing/refinancing and, more broadly, on corporate, commercial and contract law, as well as on corporate law as applied to real estate promotion/co-promotion and real estate companies, in a French or international context (according to French law).
Mickaël LABIGNE graduated as valedictorian (major) of his Master 2 DJCE promotion at the University of Cergy-Pontoise in 2011, obtained the specialty certificate in corporate law (DJCE) the same year and then obtained his LLM “American Legal Studies” at Vermont Law School in 2012.
After having been admitted to the New-York State Bar in 2013, Mickaël started his carreer in Luxembourg in working in an international law firm (Arendt & Medernach) for 2 years.
Mickaël is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2015 and has practiced notably in the law firms Ayache Salama (Paris) and PwC Société d’Avocats.
In addition to his native French, Mickaël is fluent in English.
